Can I cancel or reschedule the appointment after I book a service?

You can cancel an appointment up to 24-hours prior to the appointment time. Rescheduling an appointment is possible, subject to availability of time slots and service providers.

What will happen to my payment if I cancel the booking I have made?

You will receive a full refund of your payment, if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

If cancellation is made within 24-12 hours of the appointment time, a partial refund will be made to your Propcierge wallet.

If cancellation is made within 12 hours of the appointment time, no refund will be done.

What if I am not satisfied with your service?

100% customer satisfaction is important to us. Incase of a dissatisfactory service, kindly contact our 24x7 support team at 95000 06004 or write to within 24 hours after completion of the service.

We will send our teams to provide the service again (subject to scope and nature of the service & issue raised).

Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?

No, our teams come equipped with all the supplies needed to provide the services. However, many of the tools and services may require access to power and water in your homes.

Do I have to be home during house cleaning?

Not mandatory. However, subject to the service required, a person may have to be present to provide the Propcierge team with access to the areas.

How do you deal with pets?

Our teams are well-equipped to work around animals and pets. However, we suggest that all pets are kept away from the areas where the service is being done.

What if I have a special request after the team arrives to clean?

You can call us, email us, or leave a note on the counter. Either way, be sure to give us an advanced notice for requests that may take more than an extra 1/2 hour or so to complete.

How often should we repeat the cleaning services?

Subject to usage and maintenance after the service is provided. However, we suggest deep cleaning of the entire home once in four months.

Our subscription packages offer great discounts for regular cleaning services.

Does Kitchen Deep Cleaning include cleaning of the refrigerator?

Only the outside of the refrigerator is included. Deep cleaning of the inside of refrigerators is not included.

What is not included in Deep Cleaning

  • Fabric cleaning - sofa shampooing, mattress shampooing, cleaning of curtains, washing clothes
  • Utensils and cleaning of kitchen appliances
  • Cleaning and reorganizing of wardrobe interiors

What about damage and theft of personal belongings?

Propcierge will not be responsible for any form of theft and damage in your house.Our teams are professionally trained, background verified & thoroughly checked, but you are advised to keep an eye on your belongings and also make sure that any sensitive material is carefully moved under your supervision. Also, when our team is leaving your premises, please make sure that you have thoroughly checked the entire home.

Are the service providers from Propcierge or a third party?

The service providers are our partners. All service providers are highly trained, with verified backgrounds.

How Often Should I Have My House Checked For Pests?

Generally a yearly inspection for termites and other pests is the best way to minimise pest infestations from developing. Depending on the type of pest and environment more regular treatments may be required

What Types Of Treatments Are Used?

Treatment is a general term used to simply describe the many methods and options available to a licensed pest controller.

Options include gels, pastes, baits, granules, dusts, mist sprays or water based liquid sprays. The type of application used is determined by the type of pest, infestation severity and the access to the problem area. In some situations more than one type of treatment may be required.

Are Pest Control Sprays Safe Around My Children And Pets?

Yes. We only use the safest, latest and fully tested products available. The treatments are also used in hospitals, schools, child care centres, food manufacturing and many other sensitive situations.

In the interest of being extra careful and for peace of mind there may be certain situations when we ask you to vacate the house during treatment (In the instance of very young children, pregnant women, or allergy or asthma sufferers are present).

This is fully discussed and explained with you in advance and we will seek your permission before applying any treatment.

Is There Any Odour When You Spray For Pests?

Generally no. Most treatments are odourless.

What If I See A Pest After A Treatment?

Our treatments will see a strong reduction in the level of pests although total elimination may take several days. It's not unusual for pests to move about after a treatment. For example cockroach gels or baits are designed to encourage movement towards the bait.

Based on the scope of work, some services may require additional time for a satisfactory result. Request your cooperation to help provide you with a high quality service

Is the consultation fee refundable or adjusted?

The consultation fee is adjusted against the service fee, if the service is taken post the consultation.

Disinfection Services

1. Which areas of the house will be covered in the service?

All the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & common areas will be covered in the service.

2. Duration of the service:

1-2 hours depending on the size of the house.

3. Do I need to leave the house after the service?

No, you need not leave the house after the service.

4. How is the service done generally?

Harmful viruses and bacterias will be killed through chemicals which are sprayed through a sprayer. High-touch areas like switchboards, door handles, etc will be wiped with the same chemicals.

The process begins with the inspection of the floor plan of the area. Our experts then visit the site and understand the client requirements and budget, after which we proceed to designing, and finally, the execution takes place.

4. How do you monitor quality?

Quality will be monitored by the Quality Controller. Also, CCTV cameras will be installed at the site to access online viewing from any part of the world. Images will be shared on Whatsapp groups twice a day to share updates.

Pest Control

1. How is cockroach control treatment done?

In the cockroach control treatment, the technician will apply an odorless spray of eco-friendly chemical along the corners of the walls & place gel in the cupboards. The entire process should take up to 30 minutes depending upon the level of infestation.

2. Can I get herbal treatment done?

We do not provide herbal treatment service. We only use our standard materials.

3. Do you provide warranty on cockroach control treatment?

We do offer warranty but it varies across cities. Please check for warranty details while booking a job. However, we recommend you to go for an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) wherein we provide 3 or 4 (as selected) mandatory services over a period of one year to effectively keep the pests away.

4. How is Ant Control treatment done?

In the Ant control treatment, the technician will apply a spray of eco-friendly chemical along the corners of the walls & place gel in the cupboards. The entire process should take up to 30 minutes depending upon the level of infestation.

5. How is Bed Bug treatment done?

In the Bedbug treatment, we provide 2 compulsory services within an interval of 15 days. Our technician will do a fumigation process & spray eco-friendly chemical on the infested area/items (eg beds) in your apartment/house both the times. The entire process will take upto 1 hour.

6. How is Rodent Control done?

We do rodent control using multiple types of Rodent traps (eg. Sticky glue pads, traps etc.). Also, we help you in identifying the possible location of entry & exit of rodent so that you can get it sealed properly in order to prevent it from happening again.
